Though an active client based operation, Andrew Hunt reserves a corner of the studio for construction of his own irrepressible ideas. Hunt’s pieces are a confluence of influences and often one of a kind. They reflect his respect for the natural properties of raw materials and are worked to play with a question as to the intentional or accidental suggestion of natural forms.

Hunt’s visual skills were refined at the Rhode Island School of Design where he earned a BFA in painting while technical skills in various mediums including cast plastics, and metal work were developed during the years he served as assistant to the renowned French sculptor, Arman.
